2. Booking and Service Agreement
A service agreement is formed when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website to request a recovery service and we confirm acceptance of the job. By booking our services, you confirm that:
- You are the registered owner of the vehicle or have the owner's authorisation to request recovery
- The information you provide about the vehicle and its location is accurate
- You agree to the quoted price before we dispatch a recovery vehicle
3. Pricing and Payment
We provide a quote for every job before we dispatch a vehicle. The quoted price is based on the information you provide at the time of booking, including the vehicle type, location, and destination. Our pricing policy is as follows:
- All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
- The quoted price covers the recovery service as described at the time of booking
- If the actual situation differs significantly from what was described (for example, the vehicle is heavier than stated or located in a position requiring specialist equipment), we reserve the right to adjust the price and will inform you before proceeding
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
4. Cancellations
You may cancel a service request at any time before our recovery vehicle arrives at your location at no charge. If our vehicle has already been dispatched and is en route, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the cost of fuel and driver time. We will inform you of any cancellation fee before it is applied. If we are unable to fulfil your service request for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and no charge will be made.
5. Response Times
We aim to reach you as quickly as possible. Our average response time across the Leeds area is approximately 30 minutes. However, response times may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, demand, and your location. Quoted response times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
6. Vehicle Condition and Access
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the condition and location of your vehicle. This includes but is not limited to:
- Informing us if the vehicle is in an unusual or difficult position (ditch, embankment, multi-storey car park, etc.)
